RETURN POLICY HIGHLIGHTS

• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.  
• Customers must contact ATX Vacuum Solutions before returning merchandise.
• Returnedmerchandise mut be new, unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Arestocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
• Used steam cleaners, carpet shampooers, electrical parts, shipping charges, processing charges are non-refundable.
•  All returns are subject to inspection and the terms below.

Please do not ship or bring back merchandise until you have contacted us and received return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Missing Items / Damaged Product

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to ATX Vacuum Solutions within 7 calendar days of delivery. Keep the merchandise, original packaging, shipping carton, and packing materials until the issue is resolved. Backordered items are not considered missing if they were identified as backordered.

Defective Items 
Merchandise reported as defective must be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued. If an unused item is confirmed to be defective, ATX Vacuum Solutions will replace it at no additional charge, subject to availability. Used merchandise may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation 
Contact us by phone immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, and applicable shipping or restocking charges may apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Coupon Codes
We will only honor one coupon per order, and no coupons are valid on Miele products.
